Covent comes from covenant: a binding agreement, a pact. The name echoes Covent Garden in London, the historic marketplace where merchants gathered and deals were struck. Today, we're building the place where sellers, buyers, capital, and operators connect to move real estate deals forward.
Every deal is a covenant between buyer and seller. Our job is to hold it together.

Question the requirement. Delete ruthlessly. Simplify what remains. Accelerate. Automate. We apply this to product, code, and process.
Every non-creative task starts with AI. We measure output in shipped work, not hours at a keyboard. If a workflow can be automated, it should be.
Leadership is given to those who show initiative and consistently deliver. Strong work ethic, prioritization, and communication are non-negotiable.
Working code over plans. Small daily increments over big releases. The fastest way to find what's wrong is to put it in front of users.
