What Nora does

Nora Vance is Covent's AI assistant transaction coordinator. Nora supports the contract-to-close side of a deal: she reads the email threads a transaction runs on, builds one complete file per property, and keeps track of the parties, documents, deposits, and deadlines involved.

Nora also coordinates the third parties a transaction depends on. She helps line up inspectors, surveyors, and appraisers, keeps their visits and reports on schedule, and makes sure the human team always knows where a deal stands.

Nora works alongside Covent's human transaction coordinator. She observes deal threads, extracts structured data, and escalates anything that needs a judgment call to the human coordinator rather than acting on it herself.

Responsibilities

Maintaining one clean transaction file per property.
Extracting parties, roles, contacts, and key dates from email threads.
Coordinating inspectors, surveyors, and appraisers and keeping their visits and reports on schedule.
Tracking documents, signatures, deposits, and closing timelines.
Escalating decisions that need a human to the human transaction coordinator.
